Already diagnosed? Bring your ADHD care to Seen.
If you’ve already been diagnosed with ADHD, you may not need to start your care journey from the beginning.
People transfer their care for ordinary reasons
You’ve moved
A new city or state shouldn’t mean starting your ADHD care from scratch.
Your clinician isn’t available
Practices close, clinicians retire or stop taking patients. Your care shouldn’t stop with them.
You want ongoing care, not one-offs
You’re done stitching together appointments — you want one team that stays with you.
You’re due for treatment reviews
Regular reviews keep treatment working. If they’ve lapsed, that’s a fine reason to move.
You want care that fits your life
Appointments from home, in hours that work, without the waiting room.
What we’ll need to check first
We can’t automatically accept a diagnosis made somewhere else — no responsible service can. Your first appointment is a review with a Seen clinician, who looks at your existing assessment, diagnosis and treatment, and works out with you what ongoing care through Seen should look like.
Eligibility for transfer of care is always subject to clinical review. If our clinicians determine ongoing care through Seen isn’t clinically appropriate for you, we cancel your future membership fees.
Available across Australia by telehealth.

A few questions, about two minutes. No payment until you’ve seen exactly what membership involves.
