Founding clinical roles

The platform is running, the care model and clinical pathways are documented, and demand has arrived from across the country. These are founding roles: the clinical standard you set becomes the standard, in every state we open.

Consultant Psychiatrist — Clinical Director

Fractional (0.5–2 days/week) · telehealth · day-rate contract · anywhere in Australia

You are the clinical authority for the service. The care model, pathways and protocols are drafted and waiting for your review — you approve, amend or reject them, and nothing clinical ships without your sign-off. You hold diagnostic authority and the state prescribing pathways (including Victorian Schedule 8 evidence requirements), supervise and train the GP team against standards you have approved, and own clinical governance: incident review, audit and clinical policy, built at zero patients rather than retrofitted at a thousand.

You hold FRANZCP (or equivalent specialist registration with AHPRA) and have experience in adult ADHD assessment and management. Doctors subject to the s19AB moratorium are welcome to talk to us about how the role can be structured.

General Practitioner — ADHD care

Part-time · fully remote · choose your hours (half days, evenings, weekends all fine)

Structured ADHD assessments and ongoing care appointments by secure video, working with a supervising psychiatrist. New patients are reviewed together — you’re never carrying complexity alone.

You hold AHPRA registration plus FRACGP or FACRRM and are based in Australia. Experienced in ADHD care, or genuinely keen to learn — we run structured in-house training, weekly case conferences and individual supervision with our Clinical Director.
