How we keep it affordable
Technology does the paperwork. Clinicians do the care.
ADHD care in Australia is usually priced like a building: a clinic, a waiting room, reception staff, filing, phone queues, and a clinician spending half of every appointment typing. You pay for all of it, and almost none of it is the part that helps you.
Seen is built the other way around. The administrative load — intake, records, scheduling, follow-up, billing — is carried by the platform. What is left is the part only a person can do, and that is what your membership pays for.
$200 to start. Then $100/month.
The line we do not cross
Every clinical decision at Seen is made by a registered Australian clinician. Software never assesses, diagnoses, prescribes or decides who is clinically suitable — it does the paperwork around those decisions, so the clinician has more time to make them properly.
What the platform does
The admin, so it never lands on your clinician — or on you.
Structured intake, done before the appointment
Your history, questionnaires and context are gathered online, in your own time, and arrive organised. Appointment time goes to the conversation instead of form-filling.
Automatic pathway routing
The eligibility check works out which pathway applies to you — assessment, transfer of existing care, or something we are not the right service for — before anyone spends money or clinical time on it.
No clinic to pay for
No waiting room, no reception desk, no fit-out, no city-fringe lease. Telehealth removes an entire cost base that patients normally fund without ever benefiting from it.
Billing that explains itself
One membership, priced in config and rendered everywhere the same. No invoice chasing, no surprise line items, no admin staff reconciling them.
On the roadmap
We list what is coming as clearly as what is here, because a platform that describes its roadmap as though it already shipped is not one you should trust with your care.
- One shared record across your care teamEveryone involved in your care sees the same history, so you never re-tell your story and nothing gets lost in a handover.
- Scribe-assisted clinical notesNote-taking assistance drafts the paperwork so your clinician can look at you instead of a keyboard. The clinician reviews, corrects and signs off every note — the draft is never the record until they say so.
- Scheduling, reminders and follow-up that runs itselfReviews get scheduled and prompted automatically, which is exactly the administrative thread ADHD makes hardest to hold — and the reason ongoing care usually falls apart.
- Prescription and document requests without a phone queueRequests are made in the app and routed to the right clinician, where the clinical decision is made as it always would be.
What stays human
The part that matters is a person, every time.
Everything below is done by a registered Australian clinician. None of it is automated, and none of it ever will be.
- Your assessment, and the judgement behind it
- Whether ADHD fits — the diagnosis itself
- What treatment is appropriate for you, including any decision about medication
- Prescribing, and every review of it
- Deciding when Seen is not the right service for you, and saying so
- The conversation where someone explains it all to you properly
And what we will never do.
- No chatbot standing in for a clinician
- No algorithm scoring you, ranking you, or deciding your outcome
- No automated triage of clinical risk
- Your health information is never sold, and never sent to advertising platforms
Cheaper care is only worth having if the care is good. The savings here come from removing overhead and paperwork — never from removing the clinician, shortening your appointment, or automating a judgement that should be made by a person who has actually listened to you.
That is how $200 to start and $100 a month works — and why it does not mean less. See exactly what you pay.
