Membership terms
The plain-English version of how Seen membership works. Where these summaries and the full legal terms differ, the legal terms apply.
Pricing
- $200 to start.
- Then $100/month.
- The initial care plan is designed around 12 months of care — a total of $1,300 across that period.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership at any time. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Your membership ends at the close of the month you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Cancelling is a message to your care team or a click in your account. We will not put you through a retention call.
How billing renews
You pay $200 today. Your membership then continues month to month at $100/month, billed to the same payment method, until you cancel it.
The care plan is designed around 12 months of care. Membership does not stop automatically at the end of that period — it continues month to month so your care is not interrupted, and you can cancel whenever you choose.
We email you before each billing date. You can see every past charge in your account.
If Seen is not clinically right for you
Seen membership is built around ongoing ADHD care. If, during your assessment or at any point afterwards, our clinicians determine that ongoing ADHD care through Seen is not clinically appropriate for you, we cancel your future membership fees.
You will not be asked to keep paying for care our own clinicians have said is not right for you. Where this happens, we will explain why in plain English, write to you about it, and help you understand the most sensible next step — including where care outside Seen would serve you better.
Your clinical record is retained in line with our Privacy Policy and Australian record-keeping obligations. Ending a membership does not delete your health information.
Clinical decisions
Joining Seen is not a diagnosis and does not guarantee one. Assessment, diagnosis and treatment — including whether medication forms part of treatment — are decisions made by your treating clinician with you, where clinically appropriate. Clinical decisions always remain with clinicians.
